Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our content, all sales are generally final.

Subscription Billing

Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the partner platform (Fanvue). Cancellation stops future billing; previously billed periods are non-refundable.

One-Time PPV Drops

Premium drops and pay-per-view sets are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you were charged in error or experience a technical issue, contact billing@velora-studio.example within 7 days and we will review the request in good faith.
